Panettone Cioccolato e Mandarino di Ciaculli

Chocolate and Ciaculli Mandarin Panettone is coated in chocolate and adorned with candied Ciaculli mandarin peels. Freshness and indulgence come together in its soft white dough, filled with mandarin peel and chocolate chips that delight the palate with every bite. Ciaculli is the region where mandarin is grown and harvested late; thanks to its slow ripening, it boasts a more intense aroma and a high content of natural sugars.

The Chocolate and Ciaculli Mandarin Panettone is exceptionally soft, thanks to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. The ingredients in our panettone are all of high quality, the result of our commitment to sourcing the finest raw materials with rigorous quality checks. Its preparation is divided into four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.
