Panettone Pistacchio

Pistachio Panettone is covered with a pistachio glaze adorned with delicate white chocolate drizzles and pistachio pieces. With its soft white dough, this panettone comes with a piping bag filled with pistachio spread to pay the best homage to our beloved Sicily, our pastry heritage, and the celebration of precious and unparalleled raw ingredients like pistachios.

Its unique characteristics go beyond just flavour and colour; our pistachio is also famous for its energy-boosting properties, containing calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and various vitamins.

The Pistachio Panettone is exceptionally soft due to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. The ingredients of our panettone are all high-quality, sourced through a diligent selection of the finest raw materials, chosen with rigorous quality checks. Its preparation is divided into four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.
