Panettone Classico

Classic Panettone is a timeless Christmas classic. A soft white dough is enriched with sultana raisins and semi-candied orange peel to fully capture the festive spirit and give the holiday season a traditionally artisanal flavour.

The Classic Panettone is exceptionally soft thanks to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. The ingredients in our panettone are all of high quality, sourced through rigorous selection and our ongoing search for the finest raw materials. Its preparation is divided into four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.

Artisanal product, packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve freshness.
