Chocolate and Pear Panettone is coated in a layer of pure dark chocolate enriched with candied pear cubes. This dessert perfectly balances the bitter notes of cocoa and dark chocolate with the sweetness of candied pears. Its soft white dough is made extra indulgent with delicious dark chocolate chips and chunks of candied pear.

The Chocolate and Pear Panettone is especially soft, thanks to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. All ingredients in our panettone are of high quality, sourced through our constant search for the finest raw materials, chosen with rigorous quality checks. Its preparation is divided into four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.
