The Caramel Panettone is especially soft, thanks to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. All ingredients in our panettone are of high quality, sourced from a continuous search for the finest raw materials, and carefully selected through rigorous quality checks. Its preparation involves four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.
