Chocolate Panettone is a slowly leavened dessert that results in an incredibly soft cocoa dough studded with delicious chocolate chips. A cascade of rich cocoa glaze with chocolate shavings makes this dessert a dream for chocolate lovers.

The Chocolate Panettone is especially soft due to a slow, natural leavening process of over 60 hours with a sourdough starter. All the ingredients in our panettone are high quality and carefully chosen through rigorous quality controls and the continuous search for the finest raw ingredients. Its preparation is divided into four kneading phases over more than 72 hours of total work.
