Our Bronte cake is made with sponge, Chantilly pistachio cream and pistachio granola.
The cake is named after the town of Bronte in Sicily, just a half mile from Mount Etna. The name means ‘Thunderer’, after one of the cyclops who lived under the volcano. The pistachios found here are intensely green, and are perfect for desserts!
Allergens: wheat, eggs, milk, pistachio nuts
ADVICE Our products are made in a bakery that contains nuts so there may be trace elements of nuts in all of our products.
Due to their hand-made nature, the finished products may vary slightly from the images displayed.
